Cat® Filter Assembly

Description:

Cat oil filter such as 608-6009 generally having elements are either placed in their own housings or they are directly integrated to the cat machines. In this case, as only the filter element is replaced, it is more environment friendly. The housing and valves stay on the motor block. Complete placing of oil filter elements in the container ensures filters to be completely impermeable. As the oil becomes more contaminated, its viscosity increases (it fluidity decreases) and it becomes less effective. This quite increases the efficiency and ensure reliable production against abrasion.

Attributes:

• Clean the head base and lube filter seal before installing, tighten the filter an d bowl on by hand or special tools.
• Bleed the air.
• Check for leaks, if necessary retighten.
